This is a general EFT tapping sequence and script. While saying the words out loud and tapping, feel free to change words in the script if they do not resonate with you, because the words you use should be specific to you.
Make sure you bring out your specific beliefs while tapping.
Think about what you want and how it makes you feel. When any negative emotion comes up, that’s resistance. Rate that feeling between 1 and 10.
For instance, if thinking about what you want/desire makes you feel impatient, worried, disturbed, sad, helpless, etc., rate the intensity of that feeling between 1 to 10. 1 being just a wee bit bad, and 10 being the worst.
What you’re doing is rating the resistance or the block you are feeling.
In this instance let’s assume you feel far away from your desired state. And you do not know how to cover the distance and you also do not “see any movement” in your current reality. It makes you feel disturbed, or restless. Ask yourself to what degree are you feeling the emotion on a scale of 1 to 10. If the number is lower than 3, it’s good but you could still tap away the little resistance. If the number is higher than five then definitely get tapping to reduce the score and thereby the resistance!
Please Note: Sometimes while tapping the score may become higher. So, let’s say you feel disturbed and it was an 8 out of 10. After tapping through the first round, the emotion may reach its peak which could be a 10. There’s no need to panic. That’s a good sign. Because if it is peaking, it means it is time for it to leave. So, allow the emotions to come through. If the emotions are very strong, you may just want to tap through all the points without saying anything out loud. If tears roll, let them roll, be compassionate with yourself, and keep tapping gently.
Once the emotions subside, then start saying out loud what you’re feeling again, while continuing with the tapping.

Tapping Script
First Round
Side of the Hand (Karate Chop Point) :
- Even though I feel my desire is far away and it disturbs me, I choose to deeply and completely love and accept myself.
- Even though I feel I have a lot of ground to cover to be anywhere near where I want to be, I choose to be gentle, loving, and understanding with myself.
- Even though I feel I may not even get what I want, I choose to be gentle with myself and go slowly one step at a time.
Eyebrow: I want this (state your desire) so much
Under the Eyes: I want it to come to me.
Side of the Eyes: I want to be with it.
Under the Nose: Why is it taking so long to appear/manifest?
Chin: I am not clear about how to go about it.
Collarbone: I feel overwhelmed/disturbed/confused.
Under Arm: No wonder I (over)react all the time
Head: No wonder I keep looking at the external reality to see if anything happened yet!
Take five to seven deep breaths. Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Check the number you wrote down. See, if the number has moved up or down. If it has moved up you may want to do another round of negative tapping like the above and breathe in and out.
Second Round
Eyebrow point: I get disturbed when I see nothing.
Side of the Eyes: It makes me feel (express your feeling) nothing is happening. It’s all useless.
Under the eyes: Sometimes I even feel like giving up.
Under the Nose: Should I?
Chin: I don’t want to.
Collarbone: I know I don’t want to.
Under Arm: This means it’s already a possibility, even though I cannot see the “how” right now. The possibility already exists!
Head: What if I choose to give up on giving up? This tapping itself is showing me I will never give up on myself!
Take five to seven deep breaths. Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Check the number you wrote down. See, where the number is at right now.
Third Round
Eyebrow point: What if I’m seeing all this the wrong way round?
Side of the Eyes: What if I’m feeling this way, just because this is the usual response I’ve conditioned myself with for a long time?
Under the Eyes: What if my feeling this way is keeping what I want away from me?
Under the nose: What if it too wants to come to me but is chained away from me because I’m feeling the separation and not the presence?
Chin: What if what I want, wants me, (state your desire here) and is waiting for me as well? What if I choose to feel its presence?
Collarbone: What if I choose to play a game for once, where I change myself, and change how I feel and then see what happens?
Under the arms: Can I play this game?
Take five to seven deep breaths. Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Check the number you wrote down. See, where the number is at right now.
Fourth Round
Eyebrow: What if it’s all within me?
Side of the Eyes: What if there is another way of seeing and I just need to re-condition myself, which I’m doing through tapping right now?
Under the Eyes: What if my reactions are simply what I have practiced for a very long time?
Under the Nose: What if I choose to change the way I see things?
Chin: What if instead of seeing and checking the current circumstances around me, I allow myself to feel that what I want is here with me, right now?
Collarbone: Since I want it, it means it’s already a possibility, even though I cannot see how right now.
Head: What if things are happening in the background and I’m just not able to see?
Take five to seven deep breaths. Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Check the number you wrote down. See, where the number is at right now.
Fifth Round
Eyebrow point: What if I just need to correct my vision?
Side of the Eyes: What if I can change my conditioning?
Under the Eyes: What if I can change seeing is believing to “believing is seeing“?
Under the Nose: What if I start believing in myself and what I see/imagine within more?
Chin: What if things are already moving in the background while I’m tapping and it’s just that my physical sight is taking time to catch up?
Collarbone: This means I can catch up with my inner sight right now!
Head: I choose to catch up right now! I choose to see with my inner vision and believe it!
Take five to seven deep breaths. Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Check the number you wrote down. See, where the number is at right now.
Sixth Round
Eyebrow point: I choose to see through feeling and being in the presence of what I want right now, within myself.
Side of the Eyes: What I want wants me. But, I can stop the wanting!
Under the Eyes: It need not want me and I need not want it, if we are in the presence of each other already!
Under the nose: And I choose to focus only on being present with it, (your desired state) right now!
Chin: I choose to be fully present with what I want right now!
Collarbone: In fact, I choose to be in the presence, and therefore there is no more wanting!
Head: I have everything I seek right here. I can stop seeking. I am here. It’s here. I already have it. I am it (your ideal state).
