Triggers are your trust trainers.

Practicing to smile during triggering moments, and asking what's coming up for you, and which hidden part of you wants to be expressed and acknowledged, reduces your reaction to the trigger immediately. Maybe not fully, but significantly.
If practiced consistently, you will notice you actually become thankful when triggers come up! Because, this means you are about to uncover a part of yourself, which may have been suppressed for a long time.
Very often, these are the moments that carry gifts in them. Treasures really. What's needed is your full presence in the moment, openness, and complete honesty with yourself. This automatically induces a sense of trust and allows your whole being to open up, process what's going on, uncover innate wisdom and release imprisoned parts of you.
The awareness of your discomfort, your pain, is an opportunity for the crack to widen and for the light to flood through.

Know you are held, loved deeply beyond measure, and the wounds and cracks are just an excuse, momentary illusions for you to let your light out!

☀️ Your procrastination will disappear directly in proportion to the intensity of your desire to reach the goal. ☀️

This post is especially intended for those who procrastinate, even though they get the inner 'nudges'/guidance to take steps towards their goals. The steps also include visualization and any clearing of limiting beliefs and accepting of 'difficult' feelings.

In fact, the sign of difficult feelings coming up itself is a nudge to take the step of clearing them.
The steps are not meant to 'take' you to the goal. The steps are meant to prepare you for what's coming- so that you will be able to receive and sustain what's coming.
It is NOT about 'efforting', but taking inspired action.

The manifestation of the goal is an effect of your preparation.
Yes, you will lose in the process, maybe people in your life, your old way of living, material things....

Yet, to meet the You on the other side of the metamorphosis, you need to get ready for the new.

For that, it's necessary to face the inner 'demons' under the procrastination. Those inner nudges are from the You on the other side, who's already there waiting for you at the goal...
Emerging of the butterfly is agiven. Are you ready to step in and transform in the cocoon? Are you ready to lose yourself?
